We offer free delivery on all our subscription boxes to the UK mainland.
Delivery options to the UK islands, Ireland, and the rest of the world may be possible, but these options will incur additional delivery charges. Please contact our customer services team to discuss these options, before you submit your subscription order.
If additional delivery charges do apply after you have submitted your subscription order, then we will directly contact you. If you neglect to pay these charges, or if we are unable to deliver your subscription box, then we will directly contact you and refund you subscription.
After you have completed your subscription order, you should receive an automatic confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not receive his confirmation email, then please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received it within an hour, then please contact our customer service team.
Our subscription boxes will typically arrive within five working days after your payment for each instalment, but please allow for up to seven working days before being concerned.
You may specify that your subscription boxes be delivered to a designated pick-up location, or to a different address from your billing address. Please note, however, that we do not accept any responsibility for the security of your subscription box, after it has been delivered to your specified destination.
