The public can take part by accessing a link that will be available on Pathenaeum.com. Where the public will have the ability to write their answer, and click the submit button to register their vote.
The public can take part by voting on Twitter using hashtags promoted online.
Any votes registered outside the announced voting time, which will be listed online, will not be counted.
This is not a competition & there are no prizes.
Each member of the public can vote only once on Pathenaeum website & once via twitter.
Pathenaeum reserves the right to disqualify entries or suspend voting is there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent voting as well as applying another selection method.
If for any reason any voting system used fails, the vote might be suspended or a contingency plan put in place.
Pathenaeum cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical malfunctions or failures which may occur.
Pathenaeum reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the voting at anytime.
No staff member of Pathenaeum can vote.
Only books which Pathenaeum have nominated, can win .
The full nominations list is not available to the public, as an honest answer is required.
Any book not nominated but is highly voted upon will be reviewed by Pathenaeum, with idea of nominating it the following year.
